RC Islands trophy 2016 Rules :
The « RC Island trophy » is open to all, RC or not, island hunter or operator (IOTA, IWI and others).
The intention is to contact the more possible island during one year activated in RC.
Date : start 01/01/16 (00h00 UTC) to 31/12/16 (23h59 UTC)
The ranking will be like :
Each new island (New-one on 11M) will count : 10 points
Each new island in RC will count : 05 points
Each island reactivated will count : 03 points
(ex : new island in RC + new one on 11M = 15 points)
A bonus of points will be attributed to the first 10 stations in the log for each activation !
(Ex : 14RC999 1st in the log bonus of 10 pts, 196RC555 2nd in the log bonus of 9 pts, 14XX300 10th in the log bonus of 1 pt.)
Only one contact by island will be valid (only one time in the log)
The 100 first stations on each activation log will be in the ranking
All activations will count to the « RC Island Trophy » will be publish before to be on air on our web site (htt://www.rcdx.org) and on our facebook page.
All operators will activated an island (RC Team only) will obtain automatically number of points assigned to this island (10, 05 or 03 points)
To all IWI activations, only one QSL will be printed (dont send a QSL card to each island contacted)
To all IOTA activations, one QSL card will be printed to each island activated, if you want the confirmation, you will must send a QSL card to the QSL manager of the activation, info will give during the island on air.
A log must be send in the end of the year after the last island activation with a normal contribution to obtain the special IWI QSL printed (Only to 14 div Activations) to the QSL manager.
