RC activation contribution

Like many DX groups, we took the decision to change the contributions to a RC activation 

Now it will be ask 2 USD or 1 IRC or 1 Euro or for the French stations one ETSA.

The old contribution of 1 USD does not cover any more the mail coast !

Also we take the decision to don’t ask any contribution to the RC members who will use their RC call-sign to make a QSO with a RC activation ! One QSL card with a SAE will be OK !
